80kg/m³ Basalt Wool Board

This high-performance stone-wool insulation product adopts high-quality natural basalt as the core raw material, which is melted at ultra-high temperature, centrifuged into fine fibers via four-roller centrifugal technology, and finally pressed and cured with customized environmentally friendly binder to form finished Basalt Wool Board. With a fixed density of 80kg/m³, this professional stone-wool material balances outstanding compressive mechanical properties and ultra-low thermal conductivity perfectly, making it an ideal insulation solution for building exterior walls, industrial equipment and pipeline insulation projects that require moderate mechanical strength and stable thermal insulation performance.
