Wool Roll Insulation
Wool Roll Insulation is a highly effective and versatile insulation material that offers excellent thermal and acoustic properties. Its lightweight, flexible, and easy-to-install nature makes it a popular choice for a wide range of applications, from residential to commercial buildings. ISOKING Wool Roll Insulation is commonly used on the walls and roofs(under and over purlins)of pre-engineered buildings.
Types of ISOKING Wool Roll Blanket
• Unfaced Rock Wool Blanket : No facing, pure rock wool fiber, cost-effective. Suitable for concealed thermal insulation/sound insulation indoors, with proper protection to avoid fiber exposure.
• Aluminum Foil Faced Blanket : Single/double-sided aluminum foil, moisture-proof, heat radiation reflective and dust-proof, for pipes/roofs/equipment rooms. Including regular aluminum foil and reinforced aluminum foil (higher tensile strength).
• Fiberglass Cloth Faced Blanket : Enhanced tear resistance, durable for friction-prone scenarios like air ducts and steel structures.
• Wire Mesh Composite Blanket : Rock wool with internal/external wire mesh, shock and impact resistant. Ideal for high-temperature kilns, boilers and large-diameter pipes, with more stable fixation.
• Non-woven Fabric Faced Blanket : Dust-proof and fiber drop-proof, perfect for ceiling/internal wall sound insulation, can be directly covered with gypsum/decorative boards.
• Hydrophobic Blanket : Added with water repellent, hydrophobic rate ≥98%. Used in humid environments such as roofs, exterior walls and underground works to reduce heat insulation loss from water absorption.
• High-Density Blanket : Density 80–120kg/m³ (regular 48–80kg/m³), higher strength. Applied to pressure-bearing thermal insulation for roofs and floors.
